1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SellVoro, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Membership & Referrals

Membership requires a one-time Rs. 500 payment, verified manually by an admin. Once approved, shopping access does not expire and never needs to be renewed. Fraudulent payment proof will result in permanent account suspension. Referring 2 members who also become approved members unlocks Premium status and 1 free advertisement per calendar month.

3. Order Commission

Approved, active members earn a fixed commission on their own order once it is marked delivered. This amount is set by SellVoro and may be changed at any time without prior notice. Commissions are credited to your in-app wallet and are subject to admin review before withdrawal.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed via Cash on Delivery or manual bank/JazzCash/Easypaisa transfer with proof upload. SellVoro reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified or fulfilled.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and may take a few business days to process. Providing incorrect account details may delay or void a withdrawal.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake accounts to abuse the commission or membership system.
• Uploading fraudulent payment screenshots.
• Reselling counterfeit or illegal products through the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of unpaid wallet balance.

7. Limitation of Liability

SellVoro is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
